Download an OCRA Petition

 Instructions for Downloading Petitions

Thank you  for your interest in collecting signatures for the Ohio Cannabis Rights Amendment (OCRA).

It is very important that you carefully follow all instructions so that each signature you collect counts toward legalizing the medical, therapeutic and industrial uses of cannabis in Ohio. Failure to follow instructions could invalidate your petition(s) and all of your hard work. Click here to view instructions and videos.

If you would like to read the OCRA before downloading it, please click here.

Please follow these easy steps to download your uniquely numbered OCRA petition. If you have registered, you can download as many petitions as you want, but they must be downloaded one at a time. For tracking purposes, all OCRA petitions are uniquely numbered. Please do not reuse a downloaded petition file on which you have already collected signatures.

If this is the first time you have downloaded a petition:

  1. Click here to view instructions and videos. Please make sure that you are qualified to collect signatures, that you fully understand the procedures and that you know how to properly fill out all paperwork, including the "Circulator Statement."
  2. Click Here to create a Username and Password and complete a short questionnaire. Please record your Username and Password so that you can download petitions in the future as needed. Please note:  If you have already created a Username and Password to volunteer for the Ohio Rights Group, you will still need to register and create a password to download petitions. The Username and Password for downloading can be the same ones you used for volunteering.
  3. After you have successfully completed your registration, you will be taken to a page with the headline "Ohio Rights Group Petitioners."
